The Dublin Book Festival opens with an evening celebrating Lines of Vision (Thames and Hudson), a beautifully illustrated anthology published to mark 150 years of the National Gallery of Ireland. Bookings via Eventbrite or at National Gallery shop: (01) 663 3518

 

THE GUTTER BOOKSHOP EVENTS

Seats are limited for all events in The Gutter Bookshop and places are on a first come, first served basis. We advise you to arrive 20 minutes before the start time.

 

SCHOOLS’ EVENTS

Places are limited to all schools’ events and booking is essential. To state your interest in participating in any of these events please email: info@dublinbookfestival.com

 

CHILDREN’S EVENTS

Booking is not essential fort the majority of children’s workshops during the festival. Please see the programme for more details. There will be many readings taking place over the course of the weekend, all of which are free and are available on a first come, first serve basis. We advise you to come 20 minutes before the stated start time. Bookings for workshops can be made through the individual event.

 

THE WINTER GARDEN

The Winter Garden will be packed with a range of activities and treats for everyone. You can browse the bookshop and relax with a book on our beanbags while enjoying a coffee from our café. Chill out zone, children’s area and plenty of fun, free events, all in the beautiful surroundings of Smock Alley Theatre’s Banquet Hall. Free Entry – Drop-in, no booking required.
