Dublin Book Festival’s Business Clinic returns this year with an interactive Q&A session with our panel of savvy experts. For business guru Rachel Killeen, innovation is the life-blood of any business, and her new book Digital Marketing (Chartered Accountants Ireland) aims to help smart businesses (big and small) to win the online customer loyalty battle by simplifying message, media and method. She will be joined by Kerri O’Connell, the author of Small and Expanding Businesses: Getting the Tax Right (Chartered Accountants Ireland). With more than 20 years navigating the tricky world of tax, Kerri is a fountain of knowledge. Ethna Kennon, is the author of A Practical Guide to Value-Added Tax (Chartered Accountants Ireland), she is Director in KPMG Ireland’s indirect tax group and has over 15 years’ experience specialising in VAT and providing indirect tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of domestic and international businesses. Together, their combined expertise will guide you through marketing, digital marketing, tax and other essential tips to help your business flourish! Start-up business mentor Larry Mac Hale will lead this fascinating talk, sharing his experience as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in Ireland for over 26 years.
